New EOB sequel

(1/2) > >>

I ran across this, and it seems over a year old, but I don't recall it be mentioned on our boards (correct me if I'm wrong)...

Ishad Nha:
Rights to EoB Trilogy are held by Gog games. Or whoever they dealt with to get the rights to sell the three games. Developers should obviously contact the managers of Gog to get their permission.

If they are selling it through an arrangement with GoG, would they really want to authorize a competing remastered edition (such as it is)?

I bet it's a tangled web too... Not just GoG, and SSI/whoever they sold it to, but also TSR/WOTC .

Donnie Ewald:
It has been reworked a bit to avoid copyright concerns:

The Beholder monster is still intellectual property of WOTC, no?
