"See how I reward those who fail me!"

In the art gallery of 'Superdead', I found a lot of wall sets that are not used in the game, including a high-rise building and a wall with the mysterious grafitto "Imperials Go Home!"

Were these part of an abandoned storyline?

All I can say is that this piece of graffitti stems from one of Harri Polsas Sci-Fi designs and has probably nothing to do with what hans had in mind. But I guess I should leave that to him to answer.  ;D

No, I assembled the new walls with an early idea of doing the Major Mystery Serial story as a single epic-sized mod.  I had no plans to use that specific graffiti, but the other pieces of the wallset looked useful for my story.  I would've tweaked sets as I continued to mold my idea, but that basic collection would've served as a working base to start building my plans with.

When the UANL's Mystery Challenge was announced, I decided that my then newly imagined superhero, Major Mystery, just had to be involved in that.  I came up with another storyline, a much shorter one, which would serve as a nice introduction to the character.  To cut time, I just used the wallsets that I'd already assembled, with the addition of a Lavafall.

My next decision was to break up my epic storyline into a serial, which will now allow for a lot more walls, of course.

MJ-M-2 and my Toyz mod will likely battle to see which is the next "hans" mod to be released.  First, however, comes the needlessly and endlessly bloated Rocco Taku SHUA project.  Man, you give that guy an inch and he takes a parsec!

Okay, and I'll promise not to distract you with another giant epic mod before your next game comes out. :D

You would be crowned King of FRUAdom if you were to pull another giant epic mod out of your pocket anytime soon!   :D

Real life has given me other delays, though.  The past couple of weeks we've been having trouble with our air conditioner (I live in Arizona, where we don't consider it a genuine Summer unless we get at least one 120-degree day).  I haven't wanted to run my 'pooter in the scorching heat more than a few minutes a day.  The ACs fixed, now (Thank God), so I expect to resume SHUA work shortly.   8)

Considering that I needed about a year for "The Sect", I don't think there will be another epic mod in the immediate future.

I might design another epic, but for the time being my next two planned projects are "Island of the Schamru" and the continuation of the AT saga, both of which will be considerably shorter than my debut design.

I just haven't decided which project will come first. I have ideas for both.
