Gamora should be in the Guardians of the Galaxy movie, as one of the GGs.  Drax, likewise.  Undoubtedly, there will be tie-ins/lead-ins to Avengers 2.

I am quite dubious of this strategy, myself.  If I were a producer, I would want folks to think of A2 as the sequel of one of the most popular films of all time.  I wouldn't want to chance the GG movie being a big flop (that group is somewhat obscure even among Marvelites, after all), and then folks thinking of A2 as the sequel to a box-office bomb...  :P

Ant-Man is also a possibility, but you can't have him in the Avengers without the lovely Janet. Janet van Dyne is the heart and soul of the Avengers in the comics, but do we really need two characters whose main Super Power is that they can both get really small?

I really want both of them to be in the next movie, as they were the only members of the original line up that didn't make it into the movie.

But, I actually feel quite the opposite about having two characters with the same power.  Iron Man 2 did have two Iron Men, after all.  But my main reason for wanting them both?  Joss Whedon's witty dialogue wouldn't have to stop while both characters were shrunk down.  Not a whole lot of things to say when you're the only one around that's less than an inch tall and doing a bunch of espionage-y stuff.  Much better to have them work as partners for such operations.

Speculation about who will be added to the cast of Avengers 2 continues with rumors of actresses being cast in the role of Carol Danvers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPmN_hANEz8

My favorite line in this clip: "Janet Van Dyne... is basically a kick-ass Tinkerbell"

In case anyone missed it, on Late night with Jimmy Fallon Joss Whedon confirmed that Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch will be appearing in Avengers 2.

There was a TV movie called "Bane Kerac's City Cat" in 1992.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1756408

I have a couple issues of Cat Claw... but I didn't realize that Kerac was Serbian until you mentioned it.

Yes he is though i am not sure if he is really serbian as there are lots of croatians too in Novi Sad and Belgrade and by his name I can't really be sure :) maybe he is though as his name Slobodan name given after freedom meaning free man :) but then again i am not sure :) In anyway i admire him a lot as he actualy succeded a lot given that he is from Serbia. He is one of the rare authors that is actualy good and that done something :) although it is not much still but well for Novi Sad is still good. Here is a blog about that http://banekerac.blogspot.com/

Well now searching about it it seems he is most famous in ex Yu or at least Serbia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Branislav_Kerac. His name is actualy Branislav as in defend (though bane is nickname usual for Slobodan but i guess can be used for this too) Here is his bio http://bkerac.tripod.com/artist.htm and btw those looks like his 2 offical sites :D

Beside Cat Claw he did Kobra though i havent read it http://bkerac.tripod.com/kobra/indexeng.html it seems like some he is some resistance fighter from ww2 times and maybe something more :) anyway here is a nice pic http://www.stripovi.com/images/BanetovaDjeca.jpg
but what i have read is Ninja, comics about some ninja guy :) those were really cool http://bkerac.tripod.com/rest/indexeng.html something like those American Ninja back in the days and some Tarzan too
and he also has a rock heavy metal band which i think is really cool as it is a rarety to see here http://bkerac.tripod.com/gerometal/indexeng.html

Anyway now thinking of it :) he seems like a not bad at all and worthy of reading even those Kobra comics too, though i would defenitely like to read some more of Cat Claw :D

Actualy it seems that i mixed Cobra with Liutenant Tara http://bkerac.tripod.com/rest/indexeng.html. Tara is probably his earliest work (well i was born 1977 and those are made 1975 :))) and i guess it was inspired with ww2 and this movies (name means return of the erased :) like those who are erased from the military units number, that is i think from ww1 liutenant Gavrilovitch speech to units that were defending Belgrade, and between other things he said to them that they were erased from military units number and that they have to defend the town while others are retreating, Belgrade btw means white city. Anyway after minute two there is a cool song (intro song) which is somehow very catchy and well it was heared a lot lately in Belgrade during 96-99 demonstrations:) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dU52iB4RNw I am just including this for info and I hope it will not be erased :) as it might be a bit off topic :)

Anyway Cobra looks like a bit modernized version of it, and Cat Claw even better. Reading trough his bio it seems he somehow got to America and did some work for them there :) and i think that is very good, and i wish he would do more of Cat Claw :) but it seems for now he is not doing much though i might be wrong.

Cat Claw has as much chance of being in an Avengers movie as Superman does (zero percent), but I do like a wide variety of comic book super heroes.

I'm prejudiced against the Carol Danvers Captain Marvel going in.   :angry6:  To me, in the Marvel Universe, the real Captain Marvel will always be Mar-vell.  I hate it when an established superhero is replaced by a new character who takes the same name.  I wouldn't have anything against Carol Danvers if she still went by her original alter-ego name Ms. Marvel.   :happy11:

Adding insult to injury, it does seem like they're setting her up to be a major player in the Thanos vs the Avengers story, thus stripping away Mar-vell's greatest glory, as well.   :angry8:

I'm prejudiced against the Carol Danvers Captain Marvel going in.

1) Carol Danvers has appeared in 4 times as many comics as Mar-Vell.
2) Mar-Vell died in 1982.
3) The Carol Corps is a diverse and exuberant fan community.
4) Kelly Sue DeConnick is an excellent writer.
5) Mar-Vell will get his big screen appearance as part of Carol's origin story.  :)

When has that ever stopped a superhero?   :P

You make fine points, Nol, but nevertheless, they will have to make a pretty superior movie to win me over to her.

BTW, I've suspected that the Inhumans were on their way into the Marvel Cine-Universe from watching Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. this season.  (That TV show is much improved, IMO.  The first season swung wildly at times between good and stupid, but the first half of this second season has been solid and very strong.)

Now that the MCineU is a proven juggernaut at the box-office, I expect these new films will be expensively-made, potential blockbusters.  Despite his character being an African prince of a technologically advanced nation, aside from a short but interesting run from Jack Kirby, the Black Panther's solo tales have been mostly small affairs.  I'll be curious to see how epic the filmmakers go with his movie.
