Good Old Times
« on: March 19, 2017, 05:13:35 PM »
This was my try to make something for the One Week Challenge and it seems I couldn't do much. But at least I have tried. Now I have started something that I am hoping I will continue to work on and it should be modern RPG with maybe some time travelling in the past or at least visiting some historical location with some interesting stories. Here are just few starting screenshots and I will have to think about the rest of the story, also I am not sure what to do about modern weapons and similar things but will have to try to make something :)

I do not completely understand you post, Milos - do you mean you have started something for the 1-Week challenge you could not finish in time, but want to continue with it? Or do you start something new and leave your 1-Week challenge project unfinished?

It is first one, I have started it but couldn't complete it in time, but I will continue to work on it. The reason was mostly health, my legs are not feeling so good and my mom also needed to visit doctors. I also was working on my RPG system books and finaly done basics. I wish I could somehow have DC version of my system but I doubt I can make it alone because it will probably need a lot of learning.

But anyway I will keep on working on my books and my first DC mod (Towers of Magic) and try to play new FRUA modules as lately I was thinking that I need more experience in FRUA module construction. Also I was making 3d art and made few pictures, just for fun as I felt that I like creating them:

Anyway for this mod, I will keep it for now open as I need to think what to do and how. My first idea was to recreate a feeling that I had in highschool when we tried playing diceless RPG trough our town. We visited museum and some ruins, I don't remember complete story but it was interesting. I probably would like to do something like that though I could visit other towns for example like Indiana Jones :) and maybe past or future like in Back to the Future movie.

But for now I miss my old fantasy module and will have to update DC to new version and upload new version of the module soon when I finish it. I just wish I could somehow make DC work together with my own version of the RPG rules I am trying to create and also 3d pics I am making too, though I will keep focused on the books from now on :) and maybe try playing FRUA more. I haven't played it at least from last september.

Anyway here is some Indiana Jones for inspiration, it should feel like that but without violence https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMXDYMQ3Bd8 I will have to keep working on it, though it feels a bit hard when You feel that time is running out  :angel7: :coffee2:
