I'm having trouble finding the key to open the unopenable south door in the caves.  I believed I've fully explored everywhere else...   :-[

I'll check it.  It was working fine when I play tested the module just before I uploaded it.  Maybe there's an issue.

FRUA has been weird recently with all the bugs.  The event that gives you the key was missing...which is strange, given that I was able to successfully playtest the module to completion prior to uploading it.

I've uploaded a fixed version of the module to the beginning of this thread and will upload to the usual locations right after I type this reply. 

Here's the issue, though...if you've already had the lever pulled in the dungeon, there's no way you can get that key now.  What I suggest is that you go into the editor, remove an event you've already completed (since that map has 100% of the events used) and add one to give you Key 1 (Brass, by default, I think).  That should get you past the door.

Thanks for pointing out the issue.  Don't know how it happened, though.  :dontknow: :

Quite understandable.  I may have had a similar problem sometime in the past.  I forget, now, because it's been so long, but for some reason I have long made it a habit to avoid hitting 100%, either on text or events.  Why?  That I've forgotten.

There's definitely an issue with hitting 100% in a hacked module.  I've had this come back and bite me more than once (like the weird error in AT1: Dark Alliances that only affects some people and brings the game to a grinding halt).  FRUA can be very picky.

Anyway, I hope you were able to get past the door with the method I suggested.

Even easier, since I had flipped the switch, I just edited the door to "open."   ;)

A much easier solution.  I think doing two one-week challenges so close together has fried my brain!  :merror:

Based upon feedback, the module has been updated:

* Powerful magical items have been removed from the shops in order to make the module more challenging.
* The cost of magical items have been increased in order to reflect their rarity.

The updated module can be found at the beginning of this thread and will soon be uploaded to the usual locations.
