Gog Gold Box Games on Windows 10
« on: November 01, 2016, 08:52:33 AM »
Apparently the game works okay if you run it from a Gog shortcut.
Thus clicking on the "Create desktop icon" box is a necessity not an option. A look at the properties of the TSF shortcut showed a lot of code that I would never have guessed:
"C:\OldGames\Treasures of the Savage Frontier\DOSBOX\DOSBox.exe" -conf "..\dosbox_treasures.conf" -conf "..\dosbox_treasures_single.conf" -noconsole -c exit

Have you considered using a DOSBox frontend like DFend-Reloaded?  Seems it would be easier to utilize that than to create a separate batch file for each game:

More learning curve...
I will have to see what this can do...

There is also a launch shortcut towards the end of the directory for any game.
