As discussed in another thread, we have come to the conclusion that currently races with stat bonuses cannot roll up a character with stats above 18. The included text file now allows these races to gain their bonus.
Certain base classes might still limit your character scores, however.
Import this into 'Abilities' in your database, and you should be rolling 19s in no time
