That completely makes sense. :D I think that drawing the maps - both overland and levels - is one of my favorite parts od DC and RPGing in general.

Same here :)
As DM it's definitely my favorite part of building a campaign. The same goes for FRUA and DC.

Here is the original map, resized to 640x480. It loses a lot of detail in the resize, like roads, rivers and contour lines, so I'll need to touch it up in Photoshop anyway :P

But, thinking about it now, I think I'll redo it in Photoshop anyway to give it a more hand-drawn look...

That looks pretty good. :) I don't know if you know this about overland levels but the picture used can be larger than the resolution of the game, it will just scroll as needed.

And here's a stroke of luck: I loaded the map as-is into DC, and with the exception of Seawatch, all towns and cities, and even bridges are perfectly situated for DC overland travel. Seawatch just needs to be shifted up and right a bit...

I know there hasn't been any updates in the last few days, but I've been a bit busy. The game is still coming along well, though.

That is good to hear. Good luck with that, I hope I will upload new version of my game soon, though I can't say that I have done much, unfortunately :)

I am trying to work on my design too, no worries. I just enjoy playing during cold windy or rainy days :) and need to improve things a bit. I was thinking how it would be good if I could make it till New Year, at least that it is playable :/.

Hi folks. I'm sorry for the lack of anything on the thread. I am still working on this when I have the time, but I don't have many chances to get online these days. I'll try to post some updates on the game once I have some data to spare again.
