Truth in Graphics?
« on: January 23, 2009, 01:53:36 AM »
Here are a few pix of Jaegerda from GSF, adjusted to match her statistics and profession.

(Primarily done to learn how to post pix, and to see if the site will display pcx format.

Apparently "pcx" files won't display (not surprising, considering they aren't very common anymore).  JPeg, GIF and BMP will display fine (but I don't recommend BMP due to the size and the size restriction on the site).

png also posts pefectly fine and much less lossy than jpegs, however with a slight increase in file size. You can use transparancies in pngs.

Below is an example of a png using transparant layers. I no longer write to the blog, though the archives are still there. So don't expect anything new if you go poking around. Just liek the old Lair I noticed Ben linked in the new linsksection. I thought that thing dead and buried. heh
