Crash in Dungeon Craft when fleeing battle.
« on: October 10, 2015, 01:07:04 AM »
Ok...

I was previously using Dungeon Craft Editor v227 and never had this issue. Now I am using v228 with the fixed COPY/PASTE command.

What is happening now when I am testing my design, I get into battle and flee the battlefield. Once the battle is over and it gets ready to take you to the "You Have Fled" screen I'm getting the following pop-up error message and then a crash to desktop. 0x0c421098.

I'm not sure if it's the editor or the actual DungeonCraft.exe that is causing the problem. I do know that I hadn't seen this issue when using editor version 227 or less.

Just thought I'd mention this.

This is an engine bug.  It has to do with the
party fleeing the battlefield.  I fear that this
has not been well tested.

I tried to reproduce this and failed.  I fled the
battlefield and all went well.

I will need a mini-mod with a recording of the failure.
I can provide a place for you to post it if necessary.
