I voted for human legs, that is what I think usual Minotaurs are in D&D except some probably dire type that are more like real mythical greek minotaur.

The "real mythological greek" minotaur had human legs/feet.

Minotaurs in D&D have predominantly been portrayed with hooves and ungulate-style legs. Indeed, all official D&D minotaur miniatures (that I am aware of) depict them so.

The Greek mythological minotaur was depicted with human legs and feet; only the head was that of a bull.

Thus, for D&D related minotaurs, I voted bovine legs.

I also voted for Bovine legs. Minotaurs have been depicted in the Gold Box games with human legs and wearing boots. But in later games such as Neverwinter Nights the Minotaur has the legs of a Goat or a Satyr.

Honestly, it can go either way for me (which is why I voted that it didn't matter).  Both look fine:

It seems that I also don't really care whether the legs are human or bovine. Both can look good. :D
I think an axe wielding minotaur can look totally bad-ass with bovine legs, and I also think that a spell-casting minotaur looks very appropriate with human legs.

I always thought of them as having human hands and feet - perhaps also influenced by all the Dragonlance art of them as well.  Also, my icon has man-like feet, too, if a bit furrier.

The onsensus here seems to be for "animal" legs, so the images I just posted (well it's foru images, but the same render just d sizes for two resolutions, each). But, when I get to the part in a a project I am working on, I will make some new ones for my own use which have human legs & feet. :)
