For the record, the palette I am using has 256 colors, but ONLY the first 16 colors are used, except for color #255 which is BRIGHT GREEN for transparency. Any attempt to use colors with indexes larger than 15 will result in ORANGE pixels. The exact same palette is used for small pics, frames, wall sets, backdrops, combat icons, etc. The point of this is that if you import a new set of ALWAYS art it will change ALL the colors in ALL the images.
The only exception to the rule is that DUNGCOM art needs to make index #72 = Black, index #79 = White, and index #87 = Gray because of the icon selection screen at character creation time.
