Is it possible? Yes.

Has anyone done it before? It's hard to know unless you post a review of each game in this thread:
http://ua.reonis.com/index.php?board=5.0 or document your adventures as a Let's Play video: https://www.youtube.com/user/aulddragon/playlists?shelf_id=7&sort=dd&view=50

PetrusOctavianus and Olivier Leroux have probably reviewed more modules than anyone else.

I wish i could do it, and for video i was thinking about that, but i would like more to have screencaps of my every game. I end up with around 500-1000 screencaps per usual FRUA game, and i can make a PDF of it but i don't know where to store them as i still don't have a good site my own. I really like to see how i played those games later, though making videos is also an option :)

I consider any serious attempt to play a design, given up due to frustration, as having "played" the design in question.

I agree with this.  I have lost track of the number of designs I have started but didn't complete because they were broken, unbalanced or outright terrible (especially designs that give you no clue what you're supposed to be doing and expect you to touch every square in the game just to trigger an event that might progress the storyline one inch along the path).  I've always considered those as "played," whether finished or not.

Oddly, the bad designs receive less reviews than the good ones.  I think people would rather gush over a great design they've played rather than badmouth someone for putting together something terrible.  Most of us just move on to the next design or thing we're doing and try to wipe it from our memory.

Since I still play games (including FRUA modules and other user made content) chronologically my answer will have to be: No. OTOH I also like to transfer my characters to a new module after completing one, and that means sometimes the most suitable is a newer module.
But my enthusiasm for FRUA has soured somehwat after I became convinced that "the dice are heavily loaded": http://ua.reonis.com/index.php?topic=2361.0
But I will still review any modules I play in the future.
