new as of engine 3.29 and editor 3.28: fixed bugs for level export/import

The 3.28 build for the editor and 3.29 engine fix bugs with the export/import of levels, including the bogus wall index bug and several Crash-to-Desktop bugs for editor and engine.
The engine also implements a config.txt entry:

LOG_COMBAT_ACTIONS = 1
LOG_COMBAT_ACTIONS = 0
to turn on (or off) the logging of combat actions.

$GET_GAME_CURRLEVEL() will now return the level number starting with 1 for level 1.

Thank You so much, You are faster then I can do simple things, but thanks to You I am geting better.

I was thinking to start new design and was thinking if that export level option still works. It is good to hear that it is. Now I will have to try it .
